ERASMUS+ PROJECT STRENGTHENING ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION METHODS FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
IES Trevenque takes part in a new Eramus+ Project.
Funded by the European Commission under Erasmus+ Programme – KA210SCH Small Scale Partnerships in School Education, this international project aims to develop innovative methods of environmental education tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN). Through collaboration, workshops, and creative tools, we strive to make environmental education inclusive and inspiring for all learners.
There are several educational European institutions, from 4 different countries, involved in it: Educational Center for Environment and Sustainability of Karpenisi (Greece); Ahmet Kutsi Tecer Ozel Egitim Meslek Okulu (Turkey); Hamza Yerlikaya Ortaokulu (Turkey) and IES Trevenque (Spain). All of them are coordinated by Niepubliczna Szkoła Podstawowa Słoneczna Kraina w Raciborzu (Poland).
The project will be developed from April 2025 to March 2026 and, within its key objectives, 5 should be highlighted:
- Promote inclusive environmental education.
- Support teachers with effective SEN-friendly methods.
- Strengthen international cooperation.
- Share good practices and tools across Europe.
- Empower students through practical, eco-focused activities.

PROYECTO ERASMUS+ FORTALECIENDO LOS MÉTODOS DE EDUCACIÓN MEDIOMAMBIENTAL PARA ALUMNOS CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES
El IES Trevenque participa en un nuevo Proyecto Erasmus+.
Financiado por la Comisión Europea dentro del Programa Erasmus+ – KA210SCH Asociaciones a Pequeña Escala en la Educación Escolar, este proyecto internacional tiene como objetivo desarrollar métodos innovadores de educación ambiental adaptados a las necesidades de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). A través de la colaboración, talleres y herramientas creativas, buscamos hacer que la educación ambiental sea inclusiva e inspiradora para todos los alumnos.
En el proyecto participan varias instituciones educativas europeas de 4 países diferentes: el Centro Educativo para el Medio Ambiente y la Sostenibilidad de Karpenisi (Grecia); Ahmet Kutsi Tecer Ozel Egitim Meslek Okulu (Turquía); Hamza Yerlikaya Ortaokulu (Turquía) y el IES Trevenque (España). Todas ellas están coordinadas por la escuela Niepubliczna Szkoła Podstawowa Słoneczna Kraina w Raciborzu (Polonia).
El proyecto se desarrollará desde abril de 2025 hasta marzo de 2026 y, entre sus objetivos clave, se destacan cinco:
- Promover una educación ambiental inclusiva.
- Apoyar al profesorado con métodos eficaces y adaptados a las NEE.
- Fortalecer la cooperación internacional.
- Compartir buenas prácticas y herramientas en toda Europa.
- Empoderar al alumnado a través de actividades prácticas centradas en el medio ambiente.
