CELEBRATING ERASMUSDAYS

From 12th to 17th October 2026, IES Trevenque joined in the celebration of ErasmusDays, a European initiative that highlights the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme and promotes knowledge, cooperation and shared European values.

The activities took place on 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th October, from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m., during the school break.

Organised by members of the IES Trevenque AI@School Student Club, under the coordination and guidance of three teachers from the school’s Erasmus+ team, a range of interactive activities were held for all students at the school. The aim was to bring Europe closer to them in a fun and engaging way and help them learn more about its countries, cultural diversity and the European Union.

These activities made ErasmusDays an opportunity to discover Europe, learn through play and strengthen students’ sense of belonging to a diverse and shared European community.

Such was the enthusiasm and high level of student participation that, on Friday, 23rd October, the school’s headteacher, Mr Fernando Soto Vicente, presented awards to the five students whose participation had been the most active and of the highest quality.
