THIRD COORDINATION MEETING OF THE IES TREVENQUE ERASMUS+ TEAM FOR THE AI@SCHOOL PROJECT IN SEPTEMBER
At the beginning of the new school year, a new coordination meeting of the Erasmus+ team at IES Trevenque was necessary. The meeting took place in person at the school on 9 September.
Several issues were discussed, focusing on the activities to be carried out during the first term of the school year. These included:
- Organising a project dissemination activity during the first few weeks of the new school year.
- Taking part in the celebration of ErasmusDays (12–16 October).
- Developing the third activity of the AI@School Student Club in October.
- Designing a ten-point code of ethics for the use of AI.
- Holding a local workshop following the second transnational activity in Turkey.
- Updating the project’s TwinSpace.
- Taking the first steps towards the third transnational activity, scheduled to take place in North Macedonia in November.
- Publishing news on the school’s website and social media channels.
It was a productive meeting in which the tasks to be carried out were distributed voluntarily and fairly among all those present.

TERCERA REUNIÓN DE COORDINACIÓN DEL EQUIPO ERASMUS+ DEL IES TREVENQUE SOBRE EL PROYECTO AI@SCHOOL EN SEPTIEMBRE
Al comienzo del nuevo curso escolar, era necesaria una nueva reunión de coordinación del equipo Erasmus+ del IES Trevenque, que tuvo lugar de manera presencial el 9 de septiembre en el centro.
En ella, se abordaron varios asuntos, centrados en las actuaciones a realizar en el primer trimestre del curso. Éstas incluyen:
- Realización de una actividad de difusión del proyecto en las primeras semanas del nuevo curso.
- Participación en la celebración de los ErasmusDays (del 12 al 16 de octubre).
- Desarrollo de la tercera actividad del AI@School Student Club, en el mes de octubre.
- Diseño del decálogo con los principios éticos para el uso de la IA.
- Realización del taller local tras la segunda actividad transnacional en Turquía.
- Actualización del Twinspace del proyecto.
- Primeras actuaciones en relación a la tercera actividad transnacional en Macedonia del Norte de noviembre.
- Publicación de noticias en la web del centro y sus redes sociales.
Fue una reunión productiva donde el trabajo a realizar quedó distribuido de manera voluntaria y equitativa entre todos los presentes.
